How Does Sanita Hospital Digital Lab Work?

Patient measurements from the clinic are obtained with a completely personalized digital measurement technique. Therefore, laboratory processes also proceed digitally. General intra-oral scan measurements are modeled with a 3D printer. Planned dental restorations are combined with patient photographs in a special digital smile design program, and a personalized design is made. A copy of the design is made from the 3D printer and tested in the patient's mouth. At this stage, our technician who makes the design sees the design live at the bedside and in the mouth. Necessary arrangements are made with the consultation of the physician-patient-technician trio and computer-aided CAD-CAM devices are used for the final restoration.
